Generally when developing things we keep adding more ‘stuff’.. more travel, longer top tube, bigger wheels. The trend for #enduro has meant that some bikes have become mini-downhill rigs, dragging a load of weight to the top of a hill. Perhaps it’s time to strip it back?
Orange Bikes have launched the Orange Four. A bit less travel than the Five (120 rear, 130mm front), 67 degree headangle (compared to 66 on Five). Same length top tube, shorter chainstays. Lighter but not an xc whippet yet.
We’ll try and track one down for a test but for now find out more on the Orange Bikes site.
