The Flying Scotsman has dropped a teaser for his new team, AON Racing, claimed UCI World Series Team status and has been built from the ground up with a bike that sports a gearbox.
Scottish pinner Reece Wilson has teased his new team for 2025. With claimed UCI World Series Team status, it’s going to have to have a fairly rapid team roster as the Scot says the team was built from the ground up.
The video certainly gives some clues, with that Pinion gearbox and Manitou Dorado fork looking very much like the downhill bike Mike Huter and his fellow Gamux Racing team mates raced on in 2024. Will the former World Champ be lining up with Huter and Lino Lehmann?
Whatever the case, we hope Reece can get back to his wicked turn of speed after a fair time out with injuries over the last few years. He certainly looks comfy enough in the video.
