Wow. This is pretty much a bike owner’s worst nightmare, right?
Imagine the scene. You’re buzzing along nicely to a day’s riding, you over take the car in front and on you go to the trail. You arrive and … uh. No bike.
Looks like that was the nightmare scenario for the owner of a blue Range Rover and a red Orange Five recently.
The video was posted on Twitter by driver John Warby who captured the scene on his dashcam. The vid is apparently a few months old now, but isn’t one we’ve seen before at Wideopen.
It shows the bike bouncing off the rack, the rear tyre exploding and then it flying off the road and into a field …narrowly missing the car behind.
Does anyone know any more about this one?
