The Scottish Downhill Association have released their 2019 dates and venues, as well as a senior single crown category for men and women.
The five round series for 2019 sees two double-headers with the National Downhill Series (Fort William) and the Scottish Championships (Glencoe). Provisional dates and venues have been released for the 2019 series.
For 2019, the Scottish Downhill Association will do away with the ‘Open’ categories in favour of ‘Single Crown’ categories for both the guys and the gals for anyone over 19. Younger age categories won’t be affected.
Here are the provisional dates and venues:
9th & 10th March – Ae Forest – SDA Round 1
6th & 7th April – Innerleithen – SDA Round 2
11th & 12th May – Fort William – SDA Round 3 and National Downhill Series Round 3 (TBC)
17th & 18th August – Glencoe – SDA Round 4 and Scottish Championships
21st & 22nd September – Ae Forest – SDA Round 5 and National Downhill Series Final Round
