After two difficult years with some podium results, French flyer Florian Nicolai will be waving goodbye to the Trek Factory Racing team.
Florian Nicolai was the man that took the fight to Sam Hill in 2019 and only just came off worse. That sprung a deal with the Trek Factory Racing setup. 2020 likely didn’t go the way the French pinner, or anyone else for that matter, had hoped. Illness and injury have dogged him in recent times as well.
Rumours are thin on the ground about where he’ll end up for 2022.
