Earlier this year Goodyear Bike Tires announced freeride heroes Matt Jones and Sam Pilgrim were joining the Wingfoot Alliance athlete program.
Now you could become their next team mate along with a line up of international riders.
At Goodyear Bike Tires, the Wingfoot Alliance embodies everything about the company. Far from being an exclusive club of international athletes, the WFA is about building a community and supporting the grass roots of the sport. Just as Goodyear works with their professional athletes to develop their productoffering, they are also committed to developing and supporting the grass roots of the sport.
In 2022 the Wingfoot Alliance supported over 20 riders from multiple disciplines across the world. From local bike park shredders to weekend warriors and aspiring competitive athletes, these riders got to call themselves teammates with some the world’s best.
The 2023 applications are now open, and a new cohort of riders will get the chance to join the ranks of the Wingfoot Alliance and stand alongside the likes of Olly Wilkins, Matt Jones and Human Powered Health. Applications are open to all ridersacross road, gravel and MTB, with each rider receiving a package of support over the next 12 months including a year’s supply of Goodyear Bike Tires.

Goodyear are looking for the best local heroes, shredders and content creators from around the world to join the team and it doesn’t stop there.
