Whilst everyone is going high pivots, ilders, and bonded frames, YT have gone with making their Tues downhill bike more adjustable.
YT Industries have taken their frame covers off their bikes to reveal a revised version of their successful downhill platform, the Tues. Now with more adjustibility on wheels, geometry and bike length.

YT have released their fourth generation Tues downhill sled, running with the ‘if it ain’t broke’ mentality as the frame goes mostly unchanged other than a little bit more reach, adjustability for running full 29er or Mullet wheels, BB drop and head angle as well as wheelbase adjustment.
The V4L linkage remains offering 200mm of travel, designed to be supple off the top, promote mid-stroke support and bottom out resistance. The neat change includes a flip link with a flip chip. The link orientation allows you to run the wheels you want with the geometry you want, and the rear axle insert has 5mm of adjustment for the chainstay/wheelbase. You also get integrated bump stops in the headtube junction.
Two models will be available, the Tues Core 2 and Tues Core 4, coming in at £3,999.00 and £5,999.00.
Geometry
The YT Tues is available in S, M, L and XL. S and M come stock as Mullets, the larger sizes as full 29ers. Reach on the M in Low is 446mm with a seat tube of 390mm. Head angle is 63.2 degrees with a seat tube angle of 76.2 degrees. Chainstays are size specific with having 439 or 444mm chainstays. Wheelbase 1252 or 1257mm.
