In the summer of 2024, OneUp launched their Boost hubs and two years down the line, they’re now available in Superboost flavour.
Downhill fans and Superboost riders rejoice as OneUp have taken their hub, axle and ratchet design and stretched them out to 110 x 20mm for the front and 157 x 12mm on the rear.

OneUp Components have taken their 7075 aluminium hub shell, the same 44t ratchet, seals and ‘at home’ serviceability and given them the stretch limo treatment to fit DH and Superboost bikes. These also come with a lacing alignment line to help get the valve hole lined up for lacing.
The 20mm front hub allows for a larger bearing size to increase stiffness and reliability. Machining to the hub shell and axle sleeve also make for better serviceability. The hubs will also accept SRAM’s XD Slim Driver for 7-speed downhil setups. Coming in late 2026 will be conversion kits for 15mm if you’re looking for that extra stiffness up front.
Ratchets, bearings, seals, freehubs and small parts are all available direct from OneUp in their new Hub Rebuild Drift Kit, with the hub bearings being chosen specifically for their availability in any good bike shop or any good bearing wholesaler.
Hub flange diameter increases to allow for lacing to go unobstructed by the 6-bolt rotor mount. These rotor mounts are also thicker to better handle the stresses of the larger rotors being used in downhill riding and racing.
