Today was a wild one up at Fort William for the 2015 Rose Bikes British Downhill Series.
Big weather meant a small track – the Aonach Mor gondola was shut due to gusty winds and the course was started from the This is Scotland wallride. Riders had to push up the hill and practice a small, jumpy track and white knuckle it over the newly updated jumps through the wind!
What could have been though eh? Troy Brosnan is on the start list, so is Brendan Fairclough, Josh Bryceland, Greg Williamson, the Athertons, Myriam Nicole and many more big gun downhill world cup pros, practicing for the big day in 3 weeks time.
