It looks like we’ve got a few UK handmade mountain bikes on the site this week!
Join Rideo.io’s Emyr Davies as he razzes Burf and Tam’s BTR Fabrications’ Ranger around Snowdonia – smashing parts and breaking hearts!
You’ve heard of BTR right? They’re a rider owned company producing handmade mountain bikes in Frome. They’re the people people the Bicycle Academy and make beautifully tough, slack, low bikes that are made for blasting trails.
The Ranger is BTR’s gnarly, up for a bit of trouble hardtail. It was supposedly created by BTR for their trip to the Dudes of Hazard Enduro as a more ‘do it all’ bike than their original Belter. It’s not cheap at £1000 but can take 26,27.5 or 29″ wheels and comes with heaps of options to suit your mood. You can read more about the BTR Ranger on the BTR homepage.
