The 2018 Crankworx World Tour has kicked off with the Giant Toa Enduro starting proceedings at Crankworx Rotorua.
Overcast skies and bone dry trails welcomed riders for the 2018 Giant Toa Enduro at Crankworx Rotorua this year.
With much of the major international enduro crowd en route to, or already in, Chile for the opening round of the Enduro World Series, it was left to those on the hunt for the King and Queen of Crankworx titles to do battle in New Zealand.
Trek Factory Racing’s Casey Brown took the win in the ladies’ race ahead of Ronja Hill-Wright in second and Vaea Verbeeck in third.
Keegan Wright backed up his podium at the NZ Enduro with a win here in Rotorua ahead of Sam Blenkinsop and Matt Walker.
