Tweed Valley-based coaching outfit Dirt School are looking for an additional Lead Coach to join their growing team to help deliver their courses.
If you dream of working with bikes in the Tweed Valley, then Dirt School could well have the job for you. Dirt School are hiring for a Lead Coach to help deliver their Day Courses, Private Sessions, School Holiday Programmes and Borders College BASE sessions.
This is a salaried post with fixed term contract and includes Santa Cruz Bicycles bike adorned with WTB kit, Sweet Protection clothing and all necessary equipment.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, vibrant, capable communicator to join our team of coaches.
Are you a team player who could become our Lead Coach in the Tweed Valley?
– Salaried Position for 3 days a week
– Five month fixed term contract with potential for extension and overtime
– Clothing and bike provided
Prerequisites
– Considerable mountain biking experience
– MTB Leadership and Coaching Award(s) including current 2 day Outdoor First Aid certificate
– Mountain bike coaching experience or relevant teaching experience
– Good communications skills
– Confidence and skillset to coach and teach all abilities including young people and adults
– Commited to working at Glentress and Innerleithen in the Tweed Valley a minimum of 3 days per week
– Enthusiastic when it comes to helping riders enjoy their biking to the best of their ability
– Confident when working independently and as part of a team
