The final round of the 2018 Scottish Downhill Series heads to Fort William to do battle at the series finale on the UK’s only World Cup track.

The Fort William round also doubles up as the Scottish National Champs, and with many riders away as it lands between the La Bresse World Cup and Lenzerheide World Champs, could we see new champions crowned?
All that is irrelevant though if the event doesn’t go ahead. Entries are currently wavering just below the break-even mark for this iconic World Class venue and right now, there’s a distinct possibility that the round might have to be cancelled.
