Renthal Fatbar Zero Rise handlebars are here

Renthal have just grown their range with flat versions of the Renthal Flatbar Lite and FlatbarLite carbon bars.

Renthal’s new Flatbar Lite Zero was born, we’re told, out of a demand from XC and trail riders for a zero rise bar. The idea is that a lower bar can help with front wheel grip and makes it nice and easy to stay low and planted on the front wheel – especially useful on bikes that have 29″ wheels and a high front end.

Renthal crunched the numbers and settled on 780mm width, which they felt would be wide enough for most trail riders and could be cut down for XC duties. They put their signature 9° rise on the bar and – hey presto – they made a bar.
