Commencal Vallnord’s Thibaut Daprela has charged through the liquid sunshine to take the Junior Men’s win here in Scotland.
Thibaut Daprela didn’t have it all his own way as Luke Mumford, at his first World Cup as a first year Junior rallies to second place, just 0.8 of a second back.
Canada’s Patrick Laffey took the bronze just 2.1 off the pace.

Daprela now has a much tighter grip on the leader’s jersey, with his closest rivals Kye A’Hern and Ethan Shandro fall foul of the treacherous track, finishing 7th and 16th respectively.
