One of the most unique and iconic mountain bikers out there, Jordie Lunn has passed away after a riding accident in Mexico.
We were sadly never lucky enough to have met Jordie, but he was clearly loved by many and a real icon when it comes to mountain biking.
Jordie’s race career started at the Sierra Nevada downhill World Champs as a Junior, he’d make the jump to Elite and make himself a top 30 regular before taking on the freeride and Crankworx scenes. You can’t forget his section from the legendary Ride to the Hills film.
More recently, he rewrote the book on gnarly lines in British Columbia, in his Rough AF series.
Ride in peace Jordie Lunn. You will be missed.
