Nukeproof are back with their three wheel size Cub Scout range with their new Urchin kids’ components for your little rippers.
Based around a lightweight, custom butted 6061 frame, the Nukeproof Cub Scout range will get everyone from 5 and up shredding until they can fit on a Reactor, Scout, Mega or a Dissent.
The 2021 Nukeproof Cub Scout range features six bikes total, with two specs per wheel size. 20″, 24″ and 26″ bikes will get everyone from the age of 5 up to the point where they can make their way onto a 27.5″ wheel.
Key to the Cub Scout range is the low weight, kicked off by a custom-butted 6061 alloy frame, meaning weights anywhere from the mid-23lbs for the 20″ Race, up to 26lbs for the 26″ Race.
All bikes come with disc brakes, Nukeproof’s own Urchin kids’ specific components, a suspension fork on everything bar the 20″ Cub Scout Sport and decent wheels throughout. Race and Sport specs are the two options per wheel size, with the Race offering similar specs as the sport, but with some key upgrades.
