The Val di Sole World Champs are imminent and the Wideopenmag staffers have picked their downhill medal riders across the four categories.
Maribor proved that you can have super tight, competitive racing across all the Elite and Junior categories, with the top Juniors easily posting fast Elite times. There’s surely no riders that are obvious winners this year, and who knows if rain will affect play as it often does during late summer season in the Alps.
