A former big wave windsurfer, Betty Birrell is old enough for a bus pass but is still shredding hard in her home of British Columbia.
Having taken up mountain biking in her forties, Betty Birrell isn’t slowing down, being the a spring chicken at 73 and is still shredding hard.
