Active Travel Budget in England Has Taken A Serious Hit.

British Cycling have reported, and responded to, the government’s recent culling of a large portion of their Active Travel budget.

According to British Cycling, the English Active Travel budget has taken a hit of £200 million. All Party Cycling has reported that the cuts could reach as high as £380 million.

Whatever the actual number, it’s pretty obvious that there is a sizeable chunk of money now not going towards Active Travel in England.
