The opening event of the opening leg of the Crankworx World Tour is done and dusted with some big names in the mix for the Rockshox Taniwha Downhill.
Loic Bruni would take the Elite Men’s win by a sliver over one of last year’s rising stars, Oli Zwar, with Neko Mulally breathing down their necks in third.
Louise Ferguson couldn’t capitalise on her seeding win, with Jess Blewitt making the most of the drying conditions to finish seven seconds up on Jenna Hastings, with Shania Rawson three back in third.
