2025 will see The Union forged by Steel City Media taking a breather from the UCI Downhill World Cup after four years of rolling with the big dogs at the highest level.
The little team that could, and did… With a serious upward shove from The Union, the likes of the brothers Zwar, Ollie Davis, Lachlan Stevens-McNab, Ellie Hulsebosch and Chris Hauser became household names on the World Cup circuit.
In 2025, the team will take a breather. Likely a double-edged victim of higher team fees and the undeniable talent being poached by bigger outfits.
