Fox Racing launches ‘Shred-It’, taking in their Diamond Bikeparks to offer five mountain bike films and a Europe-wide giveaway.
With five of their athletes given one of five of their Diamond Bike Park partner locations as a blank canvas, Fox’s Shred-It also culminates with a rider-led film festival at the end of the summer.
Fox Racing, the global leader in motocross and mountain biking gear and apparel, introduces Fox Shred-It, a five-part mountain bike film series shot across five of Fox’s Diamond Bikepark partners in Europe. Developed alongside Fox’s European MTB roster, the series pairs each athlete with a signature location and closes with a consumer giveaway and the Fox Shred-It Film Festival in Barcelona this fall.
The campaign follows five Fox-sponsored athletes as each takes on a Diamond Bikepark that matches their riding style: Kaos Seagrave in Avoriaz, France; Nina Hoffmann in Leogang, Austria; Edgar Briole in Verbier, Switzerland; Felix Griffiths in Bikepark Wales, United Kingdom; and Andreu Lacondeguy at 4 Riders, Spain.
“With Shred-It, we wanted to kick off the season the right way — something riders across Europe could actually get behind. Five athletes, five parks that actually suit how they ride, each given full creative freedom to show what riding there means to them. Closing it out with the community in Barcelona keeps it from being just another video series,” said Nathan Barneirat, European Marketing Manager at Fox Racing.
Alongside the film series, Fox is inviting riders across Europe to submit their own edit filmed at one of the five participating Diamond Bikeparks for the chance to win a season pass to that park, a full year of Fox gear, and a trip to the Fox Shred-It Film Festival in Barcelona, which will close out the campaign with a screening of all five films.
