Danny Hart wins practice | Fort William British Downhill Series

The times are in from today’s British Downhill Series at Fort William

… yep, wagon wheels won practice.

Elite men

Danny Hart won practice with 5 runs in the bank and a fastest time of 4.42.558, riding the 29’er that we met yesterday. Second fastest was Gee Atherton, three seconds behind (also on his 29″ Trek Session prototype). Third was Greg Williamson, two seconds behind Gee.

Laurie Greenland wins the ‘most runs of the day’ Award and was the only rider of the whole day to get nine runs down.

Elite Women

For the women, Tahnee Seagrave took her prototype carbon Transition TR11 to first place and smashed out five runs. Manon Carpenter went second fastest of the day with just two runs in the bank – her runs were clearly chilled with a 20 minuter and a 7 minuter. Elena Melton took third followed by Myriam Nicole and Rachel Atherton.
