Big news to end the week – Charlie Hatton has signed for Trek Factory Racing
Yep, you guessed it, the mystery spot on the Atherton / Trek Factory Racing slot has gone to none other than Charlie Hatton.
Charlie started out his career as a Forest of Dean young gun on the Flyup 417 team before moving to Team Wideopenmag. He then moved on up to race for Intense UK and absolutely crushed it by winning the British Downhill Series overall and a heap of amazing World Cup results.
It’s no surprise to see him scooped up by a big time factory team and with their history of supporting fast up-and-comers he’s an obvious choice to race under Gee and Rachel’s wing.
We’re looking forward to seeing Charlie go fast in 2018. Good luck lad!
