In 2011, Scottish former pro-skater John Rattray lost his sister to depression and suicide, in 2017, he decided to try and make a difference.
A 100-mile cycle might well not be ground or record-breaking, but add in re-learning the egg-plant after being desk-bound for the last 5 years and all of a sudden things started to add up.
John decided to gather like-minded friends and set about raising awareness and funds for the Scottish Association for Mental Health in memory his sister.
