After realising that their hands-on, personal approach to customer service wasn’t what people wanted, Alpkit have launched their customer service ‘Heroes’.
Fans of the outdoors don’t want to spin a yarn about weather conditions, places to bivvy or their latest triumph against the elements, they just want the kit in their hands so they can spend more time outside.
With that in mind, Alpkit have done away with their famed personal customer service, to replaced by their fully automated ‘Heroes’.
