Racing in Italy went down to the wire at the fourth round of the 2018 UCI Downhill World Cup and you can watch the Elite winning runs here.
This year’s World Cup downhill season has shown that there’s plenty of folk can win but there were some usual suspects on the top step once the dust had settled in Val di Sole.

Elite Men.
Amaury Pierron’s run was similar to that of his winning runs in Fort William and Leogang. Fast, smooth and focused with some very different lines to the rest of the top 10. Plenty of air between him and second place Laurie Greenland.
Elite Women.
Tahnee Seagrave’s run was a well thought out and well-executed one. Whether or not the Transition star knew Rachel Atherton had slowed in the last sector or not, Tahnee eased her way into her run and attacked when it mattered, pipping Atherton by just over a thousandth of a second.
