Loris Vergier too the hot seat by almost 5 seconds and saw off a row of very fast riders to stay there until the last man down, team mate Luca Shaw, binned it in the lower woods section.
After a long time waiting and plenty of 2nd places, Loris Vergier has finally got his first World Cup win.
