Halo Wheels Launch New Entry Level Ridge Line 27.5″.

Spotted on the latest model Identiti Mettles announced a few weeks back, the Ridge Line 27.5″ wheels are now available to buy separately.

The little brother to the Vortex wheels, the new Ridge Line wheels come in 27.5″ only, are more trail-focused and come in at under £250 for the pair.

Ridge Lines come tubeless ready, Boost or regular width and with 30mm internal rim, these certainly aren’t cheap and nasty.

If you’re after a cheap, high-performance set of trail wheels for your mountain bike then Halo Wheels might well have the answer for you.

The Ridge Line wheels were first spotted on the new R and CR models of Identiti’s Mettle, and now, the wheels are available for your bike too.

Despite the low price tag, coming in at under £250 for the pair, Halo haven’t cut any corners with this trail-focused wheelset.

Both wheels are available in either Boost or standard widths, with the front wheel coming in at £89.99, the rear £149.99. £239.99 all in.

So what do you get for your £239.99? Well, you get an alloy 30mm internal width rim laced to an alloy RL hub. The latter gets 5 pawls with a 30 click engagement. The Cro-Mo axle and freehub body keep things plenty strong enough.

Sealed cartridge bearings throughout make sure everything runs smooth for as long as possible. All wheels are hand-built, pre-taped for tubeless setups.
