It’s been ten long years since Cannondale parted ways with Mick Hannah and the Judge, but they’re back with the CFR Downhill Team.
We all saw a flash of a new Cannondale downhill bike underneath CFR Downhill’s Matt Simmonds at the Portuguese Nationals a month or two back, but now we get a closer look at the new downhill bike being tested by Simmonds in Liguria.
The bike looks to be a full-carbon, rocker linked job with a four bar linkage driving one shock, but the linkage being long enough to compress a second shock beneath it, to allow isolation of springs and dampers.
