The dust has just settled at the third round of the 2019 BEMBA British National Enduro Series/Southern Enduro Champs in Minehead.
Sam Shucksmith and Becky Cook take the senior scalps at a very dry and dusty double header BEMBA British National Enduro Series and Southern Enduro weekend in Minehead.
Becky Cook was a full minute ahead of any of the other ladies, showing why she’s pestering the top 10 at the Enduro World Series. Helen Gaskell was the second fastest lady out there, taking the win in the masters category.
Sam Shucksmith shrugged off punching a tree early in the weekend and took the win ahead of Team Wideopenmag’s Christo Gallagher who was a mere six seconds adrift in second place. The top five senior men were all within touching distance of the win.
Our Christo Gallagher is due a big win soon enough. Six seconds at a national is only one second a stage, so when everything falls into place, you know he’ll be taking the gold. It’s only a matter of time before he’s on the top step at the end of the weekend.
