The All New Troy Lee Designs D4 Helmet | Everything You Need to Know.

The winningest downhill helmet out there receives a redesign with the all new Troy Lee Designs D4 helmet, in both composite and carbon fibre.

The Troy Lee Designs D4 is the lightest full face helmet the brand has ever developed, regardless of whether it’s carbon fibre or composite. Will we see the D4 overtaking the D3 as the winningest full face helmet out there?

Troy Lee Designs D4 helmet has come out swinging in time for the 2020 season starting.

The latest in the legendary ‘Daytona’ line of helmets brings riders two construction options, a massive size range, the latest MIPS 2 technology and the usual refinements that you’d expect from a top of the line full face.

Hovering on or just over the kilogramme mark for both carbon and composite makes it very competitive in terms of weight for a full DH certified lid, coming in lighter than the Fox RPC and 100% Aircraft Carbon offerings.
