You will need 20-45 minutes and a little bit of space. The only kit you will need is a chair and a cushion.
Complete the exercises in order as a circuit, focusing on perfect form. Over time, as you grow stronger, you can increase the depth and control on the single leg exercises and focus on pushing up harder and faster on the press ups.
Complete this set 2-3 times per week for best results.
