The All-New Rockshox ZEB Fork | Everything You Need to Know.

Designed to help the most out of the modern long travel enduro race machines, the Rockshox ZEB fork is a serious piece of single crown action.

The Rockshox ZEB is a long travel, single crown, 38mm-stanchioned fork offering anywhere between 150 and 190mm travel. And the name? Well, that comes from the man who conquered Pike’s Peak back in 1806, one Zebulon Pike.

The new Rockshox ZEB fork slots in between the Lyrik and the BoXXer in terms of use, and sports all the latest Rockshox tech that you’d expect. With a 38mm stanchion, the upper legs are now larger in diameter than the current BoXXer and offer a sizeable increase in torsional stiffness over the Lyrik as a result, 21% in fact, when you compare a 180mm travel 29″ fork back-to-back.

Charger dampers vary in spec depending on model, with the R in the base model ZEB, RC in the Select, 2.1 RC in the Select+ and 2.1 RC2 in the Ultimate. DebonAir air springs feature throughout, with offset options available on models from the Select and above. The Select+ will not be available aftermarket, however.

Travel options are 160, 170, 180 and 190mm in the DebonAir options, while a Dual Position Air Spring is available on the eMTB-specific ZEB model, adjustable from 150-180mm. Weight-wise, the ZEB Ultimate is just over the 250g (half a pound) lighter than a BoXXer Ultimate.
