2021 Hope HB.130 | Everything You Need to Know.

The 2021 Hope HB.130 retains the same frame with upgraded specs, a new Factory Racing model, mullet option and a Boost rear.

Hope go down the route of if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it with the HB.130 frame for 2021, with specs, rear spacing and axle size as well as a mullet option making up the 2021 range. The Factory Racing spec will be available in limited edition.

Key features:

  • Carbon frame, hand-layered in the UK
  • 29″ or Mullet wheels
  • 130mm rear wheel travel
  • Horst Link suspension
  • 148 x 12mm rear axle
  • Flip chip adjustable geometry

Hope enter 2021 with minor revisions to their HB.130 in the grand scheme of things. Two models now vary mostly on dampers but with the added option now of the painted Factory Racing spec. This Factory Racing model will be hand-painted in-house. Also available for 2021 is the Mullet option, with a kit including a revised rocker, Fortus 26w 27.5″ real wheel and a Maxxis High Roller tyre.

For better availability of spares, Hope have opted to go with a 148 x 12mm rear triangle, over their previous 130 x 17mm axle on the original models. If you’re wreck your wheel on a trip away, you’ll be better able to find a replacement.
