Intense Cycles have launched three dedicated demo and service centres to back up their direct sales model.
Intense have announced that Bad Ass Bikes (near Bristol), Brilliant Bikes (Surrey) and Shop MTB UK (Cheshire) are the first of their Intense Demo and Service Centres. Expect to see more shops being added to this list as 2021 goes on.

Intense Service and Demo Centres will:
- Cover all warranty cases
- Carry a full range of spare parts, with fast UK shipping
- Carry out service work on customer’s bikes
- Allow customers to have their bike delivered to the shop and built-up at no extra cost
- Demo Intense bikes
Intense are steadily building up a fleet of bikes that will be available for demo, with the bonus that all three shops have riding on their doorsteps.
Bad Ass Bikes, which has been a UK Intense dealer in the past and know the brand inside out, is in the heart of the Mendips, but there is also Triscombe/Quantocks, South Wales and the Forest of Dean just one hour away.
Brilliant Bikes has been the main Intense spare parts dealer here in the UK for many years and they are located just 10 minutes from Swinley Forest, with the Surrey Hills/Peaslake and the South Downs National Park/Rogate just 30-45mins away.
Newcomer Shop MTB UK is located right in the heart of Delamere Forest in Cheshire, which is a great biking hot-spot in the North West of the country.
