Updated Men’s & NEW Women’s MT500 Freezing Point Jacket

Endura have updated their ultimate winter MTB jacket and have added a women’s version. Beat the wind and cold with PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation panels on the sleeves, front torso and hood. This combined with stretch thermal softshell fabric with a new Primaloft® inner face on the back and lower sleeve gives you unrestricted movement allowing you to tackle the toughest winter trails. The aesthetics and the panelling have been completely overhauled for the Men’s jackets, plus a lot of the details have been updated; the women’s jacket follows the same design principles whoever in a women-specific fit.
The MT500 Freezing Point Jacket features PrimaLoft® Gold Active insulation which boasts class leading warmth to weight ratio, tiny pack size, water-repellency, 4 way stretch and superb breathability, making it the ultimate insulation for on-bike-wear. Lightweight yet durable ripstop body panels are filled with PrimaLoft® GOLD insulation, while stretch PrimaLoft® backed softshell fabric on back and underarms allows unrestricted movement. A PFC-Free, non-toxic durable water repellent finish does a brilliant job of, well, as the name suggests: repelling water. Durable shoulders with silicone grip work well with backpacks for all-day (or even multi-day) MTB adventures.
To prevent overheating when climbing those steep hills, the jacket features a highly effective ventilation system with large underarm vents (now with 2 way zips) that extend onto the back and that are compatible with wearing a back pack. Plus there are two large front pockets (again, with 2 way zips) which double as vents.
The adjustment system of the cosy hood has been updated, with revised compression routing and the internal toggles highlighted with the prints on the collar. The collar construction also gets a significant rework, with an internal stiffener and a new soft, textured inner face fabric around the back neck for a real cosy feel.
The final subtle, but significant change is the internal face fabric of the rear softshell panels. This textured inner layer is a new PrimaLoft™ fabric with fantastic wicking and insulation properties to add more warmth, complementing the PrimaLoft™ gold fill in the front panels.
Further details include a hidden internal pocket, and reflective trims on hood, cuff and rear tail.
The Men’s jacket is available in sizes XS-XXL in electric blue and in black, and the women’s jacket comes in sizes XS-XXL in paprika and in black.
MT500 Freezing Point Gilet

The all new MT500 Freezing Point Gilet is a great winter layering piece worn under a (MT500) waterproof jacket or adding a bit of extra warmth on top of the popular MT500 L/S Jersey – perfect for cold dry days, common in some parts but seldom seen in Scotland.
Off the bike this gilet proofs equally versatile, ideal for outdoor activities and everyday use through the colder months and will no doubt become an Endura favourite.
It basically has the same features as jacket but with the sleeves and hood chopped off – the same fabrics, durable shoulders with silicone grip, front pockets doubling as vents and hidden internal pocket, and reflective trims on rear tail.
Available in electric blue and in black in sizes XS-XXL.
