ABOUT THE ROLE OF BRAND PROJECT MANAGER:

This is a new position with H+I Media Management to manage projects, events and ambassadors on behalf of our major brand partners. The Brand Project Manager will join the team to ramp up these core services that we deliver to our key partners.

The role is full-time and, ideally, based at our brand-new, custom-built HQ just outside Inverness, the capital of the Highlands. The position also involves international travel to partner events across Europe.

AS BRAND PROJECT MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Managing relationships with brand partners, ambassadors and event organisers
  • Managing brand ambassador calendars and activities
  • Co-ordinating ambassador content creation and distribution
  • Reporting ambassador activity to brand partners
  • Assisting in the planning and organisation of brand partner media events
  • On-the-ground management of brand partner press and other events
  • Liaising with in-house media team to project manage partner media productions

ABOUT YOU

We want to hear from you if:

  • You have at least three years’ proven experience in project management, event management or people management, preferably in the travel or sports industry
  • You are a confident and effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
  • You have excellent people skills and have the confidence to facilitate multi-stakeholder meetings
  • You excel at multi-tasking, and can successfully manage several different projects at once
  • You are extremely organised and competent in using a variety of different platforms to manage your time and projects, such as project management software, Google Drive, Trello, Slack and other similar systems
  • You enjoy working as part of a small team, contributing ideas and building on others’ ideas to help the business grow
  • You are also self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
  • You have a passion for travel and/ or mountain biking/ adventure
  • You are excited by the prospect of being part of a forward-thinking adventure and media company, based in the Highlands

WORK LIFE

  • Full time (40 hours per week)

  • Ideally, based in Inverness, Highlands of Scotland, but we are open to flexible working for the right candidate
  • Monday to Friday with flexible working available, and weekend requirements during events and media projects
  • 75% office based, 25% travel-for-work
