Here’s Who Won’t Be Lining Up for the Lenzerheide World Cup Downhill.

As we rapidly approach the opening round of this year’s downhill World Cup, there’ll be a few top names not breaking the timing beam.

Whilst it’s not a very long list, thankfully, there’s a few names we’d expect to be in the mix that won’t be racing the clock this weekend in Lenzerheide.

Myriam Nicole

Multiple World Champion Myriam Nicole is currently dealing with the effects of concussion that, at the very least, will see her out of the races in June.

Read the post below to see the full extent of what Pompon is battling.

We all wish Myriam a speedy return to full form.

Jackson Goldstone

The young Canadian would no doubt have been looking to take a swing at the established Elite pinners in Switzerland in his first World Cup as an Elite. Sadly at their Morzine race simulation setup, Jackson had an appendix issue that required surgery.

Happy healing Jackson.

Reece Wilson

The 2020 World Champion has gone and done a serious number on himself, with a tibial plateau fracture, multiple heel and toe fractures. Reece currently has no set return to racing date, so keep your eyes peeled for updates from him.

Neko Mulally

A fractured hip socket at the Tennessee Nationals will see the Frameworks legend that is Neko Mulally missing Swizterland and maybe Leogang too.

This post a month ago has the man a fortnight out.
