Intense’s Tazer Ebike Now Comes in Alloy Flavour.

Intense Cycles expand their range of Tazer ebikes by adding two alloy models to their existing four carbon fibre ebike range.

The Intense Tazer Pro and Expert make up the new alloy ebike offerings with the iconic US brand’s first alloy bike rolling out of the factory in six years.

Everything about the new Intense Tazer ebikes are what you know and love from the carbon fibre versions, just in all their 6061 alloy gold. The main change beyond the frame material is a slightly steeper seat tube angle on the alloy numbers.

You still get the 155mm rear JS Tuned virtual pivot linkage, designed to be paired with a 160mm fork. Shimano STEPS motors and batteries provide the forward momentum, that battery is integrated into the downtube, with the frame also coming with integrated flak guards. The alloy frame also comes with a new and repositioned on/off button.

Bikes are available in Mullet wheel configuration only (29″ front, 27.5″ rear wheel). The Tazer Pro comes with the Shimano EP8 motor and the big 630Wh battery, while the Expert sports an EP600 motor and a 540Wh battery.

The new Intense Tazer comes in a Pro and Expert model, coming in at £5499 and £4499 respectively.

Geometry

The Intense Tazer comes in Small, Medium, Large and XLarge.

Reach on the Medium is 440mm with a seat tube of 420mm. Head angle is 64.6 degrees with a seat tube angle of 75 degrees. Chainstays are 450mm across the sizes, with the Medium wheelbase coming in at 1228mm.
