Cotic bring the second gen Jeht back to UK manufactured front ends, drop the BB and add some size specific kinematics into the mix, plus some other tweaks.
Cotic give their ever-popular Jeht a full works with everything but the head tube routed forks staying put. Front triangles move to UK production through the Five Land Bikes team.
The Cotic Jeht retains its 140mm/150mm balance as well as head tube and seat tube angles. BB drop increases to improve cornering grip and reduces stack height. The downtube upgrades to Reynolds 853 HD as well as gaining a brace at the BB tube.
Progression increases but is size-specific on the new Jeht. This is aimed at improving sensitivity and grip at sag. Progression for the C5 size is 28%, dropping to 21% for the C1. Reach gaps between sizes are less and 20mm, and seat tubes have been clipped on the C2, C3 and C4 sizes.
Frames start at £2,199 with a Rockshox Deluxe Select Plus shock. Five builds are available with Bronze kicking off the range at £4,225, rising to the Works at £7,999.00.
Geometry
The Cotic Jeht is available in C sizes 1-5 and can be run in either 29″ or Mullet.
Reach on the C3 in 29″ is 482mm with a seat tube of 444mm. Head tube angle is 64.5 degrees with a seat tube angle of 75.8 degrees. Chainstays are 448mm across the sizes with a wheelbase of 1268mm.
