One of the integral parts of the UK MTB scene, Stif Mountain Bikes, will close both their Summerbridge and Bristol branches in September 2025.
Sad times for UK mountain biking as the institution that is Stif Mountain Bikes have announced that both their stores will close this September. The Summerbridge store became a demo and service centre only last October with staff losing their jobs as a result, the writing was perhaps on the wall.
Far more than just a cycling outlet, the team at Stif also fostered plenty of talent we call household names and continued to support riders in the UK. Service and warranty will be taken on by Jungle.
