Holy shit – today was a good day in Morzine for the 2nd day of our trip.
Rather than doing our usual trick of sitting about and just getting drunk we got stuck straight into shooting today with Will,Dan and Paul from Riders Retreat. Will is from South Wales but now runs Chalet Phillipe for Riders Retreat in Morzine. When he’s not cleaning up our mess or shouting at people for letting off bangers in the swimming pool he’s out SMASHING gaps in the Portes Du Soleil.
We headed over to Chatel and Linderettes for filming and got stuck into the awesome new Air Voltage trail and the big ass jump at the foot of the Chatel Mountain Style course. Fair play to Will, he’d just  stuck these jumps for the first time the previous day and reckoned he’d been pretty nervous to hit ’em clean for the video. You wouldn’t have known it though as he smashed out everything first go with zero fuss. Nice work fella!
You’ll have to wait till our edit comes out for RR to see it in glorious technicolour, but for now enjoy the above vid which was shot on our new DritftHD…
