Cecile Ravanel successfully defended her title with a round to spare in Whistler. Finale will essentially be her victory lap, but don’t expect her to go easy as both Corduerier and Winton will be charging hard after that coveted second place.
In the men’s race, Jesse Melamed took a historic home win, while series leader Sam Hill took a solid second, extending his lead over championship rival Adrien Dailly.
