Tweed Valley coaching outfit Dirt School have launched their weekly Trackside Tips to help you tackle those core skills whilst out on the bike.
This week’s tip is to do with how to set your brake levers up for the confidence when descending. Many people run their levers too low and in the wrong place meaning you compromise grip strength.
