The Santa Cruz Heckler SL is the Heckler’s little brother, featuring the same 150mm VPP travel but with a 60Nm FazuaRide 60 motor and a 430Wh battery.
Santa Cruz’s latest offering is a half fat version of their ever-popular Heckler ebike, in the form of the Heckler SL.
Santa Cruz’s Heckler SL is the latest addition to the growing half fat ebike offering. Based on the same Mullet-wheeled, 150mm VPP travel Heckler, but with an integrated 430Wh battery and a Fazua Ride60 motor offering 60Nm torque.
Complete bike weights range from 43.11lbs/19.55kg for the Carbon C R to 41.7lbs/18.93kg for he Carbon CC XX AXS Reserve.
Three Carbon C and two Carbon CC models are available, the Carbon C R starts the range off at £6,699.00, rising to the Carbon CC XX AXS Reserve at a princely £11,999.00.
Geometry
The Heckler SL is available in SM, MD, LG, XL and XXL sizes. The frame offers a Hi and Lo flip chip to change reach, head and seat tube angles.
Reach on the Medium in Hi is 460mm with a seat tube of 405mm. Head angle is 64.3 derees with a seat tube of 77.1 degrees. Chainstays are size specific with the medium having a 443mm chainstay giving a wheelbase of 1238mm.
