Trans Madeira 2024 will once again see two editions of the now famed multi-day race in May and September with registration live on November 1st.

We’re pleased to announce dates for Trans Madeira 2024, with two fresh editions lined up, taking place in Summer (21-25 May) and Autumn (17-21 September) in Madeira island, Portugal. This will be edition 10 and 11 of a race that has been carving its way in the mountain bike scene. We’re talking about 1100 riders from 47 nations that stepped up to the challenge since first edition in 2018.
On the race side of things, expect 5 days of riding in the World’s most diverse terrain, 220km distance, 30 special stages, 140 racers per edition, average of 3200m descent and 1250m ascent per day. What’s not to love about it?
Registrations are set to open on the 1st November (10:00h GMT) on our website on a first come first serve base, be fast to get a spot. One race-package that includes everything you need to have a super time riding and stress-free racing in the Pearl of the Atlantic: food, accommodation, transfers, transportation, shuttling, access to media content, goodies… we pretty much take care of you for an entire week.
