The first four rounds of the 2024 UCI Downhill World Cup will come with the dulcet Californian tones of one Aaron Gwin.
Gwin showed his talents run deep last year as he gave unique insight into downhill racing as a guest commentator at the World Cups.
The good news is that the five-time World Cup champ will join the official commentary team for the rounds from Fort William to Val di Sole, where he’ll return to racing. We’d assume he’s still nursing the rather nasty broken arm he sustained in Lenzerheide last year, hence why he’s not between the tapes in Scotland.
